2. Late Fees

If payment is not received within thirty (30) days after the due date, a late fee of $50 will be added to the outstanding balance.

Starting on the forty-fifth (45) day after the due date, an additional fee of 1% of the outstanding balance per day will accrue until the balance is paid in full.

3. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We maintain a strict no refunds policy, and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any products or services once payment has been made, except where required by applicable law.

4. Application of Payments

Any payments received will be applied first to accrued late fees, and then to the remaining principal balance.

5. Suspension or Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services, access, or deliverables if an account becomes past due or if these Terms and Conditions are violated.

6. Collections and Legal Fees

If your account is referred to a collection agency or legal action is taken to recover unpaid amounts, you agree to be responsible for all associated costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection fees to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law (Illinois)

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of our services or website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Illinois, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or products.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website.
