Regular (Recurring) Cleaning Checklist

General Areas (All Rooms)

• Dust all accessible surfaces (tables, shelves, décor)

• Wipe down high-touch surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, remotes)

• Tidy up and straighten pillows, throws, and furniture

• Empty trash bins and replace liners

• Vacuum carpets and rugs

• Sweep and mop all hard floors

• Spot-clean doors and walls (as needed)

• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces (fingerprints, smudges)
  

Kitchen

• Wipe down countertops and backsplash

• Clean and disinfect sink and faucet

• Wipe exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)

• Spot-clean cabinet fronts and handles

• Clean microwave interior

• Empty trash and recycling bins

• Sweep and mop floor
  

Bathroom

• Clean and disinfect toilet (seat, base, and handle)

• Wipe sink, faucet, and vanity surface

• Spot-clean cabinet fronts and mirror

• Light scrub of shower and tub (as needed)

• Replace towels (if provided) and empty trash

• Mop floor
  

Bedrooms

• Dust surfaces (nightstands, dressers, lamps)

• Make beds (linens should be left on night stand or nearby dresser)

• Vacuum floor and under bed (if accessible)

• Empty trash bins
  

Laundry Room (if applicable)

• Wipe down washer and dryer exterior

• Empty lint trap (by request)

• Sweep and mop floor

• Dishwashing or loading/unloading dishwasher

• Changing linens

• Inside of microwave/fridge/oven

• Light organizing (closets, shelves)
